A new company with a new approach to marketing.

We're not order takers, but rather consultants, offering the latest industry perspectives and initiatives to enhance your company's growth, as well as your bottom line.

The Green Apple Group is a marketing agency specializing in the construction industry. Our experience dates back to the late 1970’s and we were developing “green” or sustainability strategies for our clients as early as 2001. In 2003, we developed the LEAD DOG GQ software program to help manufacturers determine their products’  “green” attributes. Our staff includes CSI CDT’s, an MS graduate with CAD experience and a LEED AP. In addition to traditional advertising and public relations services, we also develop and update 3-Part Specs, write white paper reports, produce AIA-approved CES/LU Programs, build electronic architectural binders, generate potential LEED point summaries, enhance Web sites and much more.

Survey Finds Architects Designing Green to Address Demand for Lower Building Operating Costs
AIA Press Release

In November, Autodesk, Inc. and the American Institute of Architects (AIA) announced the results of the 2007 Autodesk/AIA Green Index, an annual survey that measures how AIA member architects in the United States are practicing sustainable design, as well as their opinions about the green building movement. The 2007 Autodesk/AIA Green Index survey reports 70% of architects say client demand is the leading driver of green building and that the primary reason these owners and developers are demanding greener buildings is for reduced operating costs. Architects are responding by significantly increasing their use of sustainable elements such as high-efficiency HVAC systems, recycled building materials and using software to model energy usage.
